This is an equitable public contract known as "The Dealership". BobTHJ
CAN join this contract by announcement. The current holders of the
Anarchist, Grand Poobah, and Insulator offices are known as Dealors. A
Dealor CAN join this contract by announcement. Any party CAN leave
this contract by announcement. Any party CAN amend this contract
without the objection of any Dealor party or BobTHJ. Any party CAN
terminate this contract without the objection of any Dealor party or
BobTHJ.

For each Dealor (other than BobTHJ) who is a member of this contract:
BobTHJ CAN and SHALL act on behalf of that Dealor to:
1. Deal any pending draws earned from that Dealor's basic deck.
2. Issue the portion of that Dealor's weekly report containing all
information (including card holdings and frequencies) pertaining to
that Dealor's basic deck.
3. Audit any entities required to be audited by the Dealor.

If a Dealor who is a party is assessed a penalty as a result of action
or inaction on the part of BobTHJ in fulfilling the duties above
BobTHJ SHALL (by whatever means possible) be responsible for one half
of that penalty (rounded up).
